A Bit About Mr Potter-

Patrick Potter’s life has been defined by resilience, adaptability, and an unyielding commitment to helping others. Born into a challenging environment marked by familial instability, he faced the hardships at a young age and growing up in the shadow of mental illness and brutal physical abuse. These early experiences shaped his unique ability to navigate both personal and professional complexities with grace and resolve.

Getting sober in 1994, at a time when he was the youngest in the rooms, Patrick embarked on a lifelong journey of recovery, community service, and self-discovery. His sobriety became the foundation for a diverse career that spans from intervention work to private investigation, and even to the establishment of sober living facilities and behavioral health training programs. Patrick’s work with Grey Interventions reflects his deep understanding of substance use disorders and his innovative approach to ethical intervention practices. His role as an interventionist often brings him into the lives of families, doctors, lawyers, and professionals seeking help for loved ones struggling with addiction, where he is both a guide and a voice of clarity in the chaos.

Patrick’s passion for supporting veterans, first responders, and those in rural communities led to the creation of Bunkhouse Recovery Ranch, a unique facility in Hudson Valley, New York, that blends therapeutic programs with the values of rural, pioneer living. His ranch serves as a haven for those seeking to rebuild their lives after addiction, offering not only recovery services but also an understanding of how to manage mental health in crisis situations. In addition to his interventionist work, Patrick operates Potter and Co Global, a crisis management firm offering solutions to complex problems for high-profile clients. His diverse experience in law enforcement, business, and private investigation has allowed him to craft a firm that handles intricate, multifaceted issues with discretion and precision.

Patrick’s dedication to community service began as a Boy Scout at the age of 13, and it continues through his work today. Whether working on his ranch, crafting articles about the ethics of intervention, or advocating for the civil rights of sober living residents, Patrick’s life is a testament to the power of transformation, leadership, and unflinching perseverance. He has built a life that is both deeply personal and far-reaching, influencing those around him and leaving a lasting impact in the fields of addiction recovery and crisis management.

Through his ventures, Patrick has continually sought to expand his vision, blending traditional values with cutting-edge approaches to recovery and intervention, all while dealing with the complex intersections of personal and professional life. Whether in London, New York or on the West Coast, his mission remains clear: to help others find hope, healing, and the courage to rebuild their lives.
